Contact Details

My first port-of-call in the process of being a Stage Manager is the minute details and necessary information that I gather. I gather the contact details and the student numbers of each individual person and ensure that I have documentation stating this and their role within the company and/or performance. I do this to ensure that each day of rehearsals is run smoothly, if I need to urgently send an email I will have the necessary information readily available, the same goes for getting into contact with each person, as although Bleeding Edge had a Facebook page, it is not always a possibility in getting hold of certain people. I also create these documents to ensure that if I became ill or unable to fulfil my position of Stage Manager then another Stage Manager will immediately be able to jump into my position and allow the performance to continue.
